Seeking full time Maintenance Technicians – Under the direction of The Community and Regional Property Manager, Members of the maintenance team ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean visually appealing and clean condition. Follows all safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Requires a minimum of two (2) years general experience in building trades, plumbing (interior and exterior required), repair and replacement maintenance or handy work.
- Must be flexible, willing to work on call and respond to after-hours emergency situations on the property
- Ability to lift 50 – 100 lbs following appropriate safety procedures
Lakeshore offers a competitive salary; wages begin $11-$14/per hour and are dependent on experience and area of responsibility. ** Eligible for commission on home sales and quarterly performance bonus. Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k), Short Term Disability and Life insurance are also included in the benefit package.
